Uber Emergency (Concept)

This is just a concept.

But what if... you could call an ambulance inside the Uber app?!

While this might not be not necessarily faster then simply calling 911, seeing the icon regularly in the app might raise awareness.

For many users this might actually feel intuitive and as a logical extension.

To see the ambulance on the map actually would add a feel of relief to those in need. As well as the chance to communicate with the driver directly. Just as we do today with Uber drivers.
