• Is there a free plan available for Mockuuups Studio?

  If you’re still not convinced, try the Mockuuups free collection. We don’t advertise it much because the free mockups are limited and require attribution. Great for personal projects, students those who just want to try it out.

• What is the difference between personal and commercial licenses?

  A personal license comes with the Starter plan and excludes any commercial gain. While you can try Mockuuups Studio with a free trial, any mockups exported during this period cannot be used for commercial purposes. This means that mockups exported from Mockuuups Studio with personal licenses cannot be used in any situations involving monetary transactions.
  
  A commercial license is included in the Professional paid plan and covers any non-personal usage. This means that mockups exported from Mockuuups Studio with a commercial license can be used in any situations involving monetary transactions, except for reselling or redistribution.
  
  A commercial license specifically prohibits reselling or redistributing your exported mockups as stock photos on any marketplace or online store.

• How does subscription renewal work?

  Yes, the subscription is automatically renewed every month or year, depending on the billing you have chosen, and it is charged from the credit card saved on your account.

• Can I cancel subscription at any time?

  Yes, you can cancel subscription right after the purchase or before the next billing cycle. The subscription will remain valid until the last date of your billing cycle, but will not renew.
  

• Can I keep using mockups I created after my subscription ends?

  Subscribe for the time you need (even just a month is fine), create and export all the mockups you want during this time, and use these mockups forever, wherever you need them.
  
  This means you can create mockups for your portfolio, cancel your subscription, and continue showcasing those mockups on your website without any issues. There's no need to maintain an active subscription to keep using mockups you've already created.
  

• Will I receive new features and content updates with my subscription?

  Yes, we’re continually working to make the service better. New mockups are added regularly based on your feedback.

• Is one-time mockup purchase available?

  If you're not ready to subscribe to our monthly or annual plans, you can choose from the prepaid option which allows you to export a single mockup in high-res quality. One-time purchase is available directly from the Mockuuups Studio desktop app when you try to export.

• What is the refund policy for subscriptions and purchases?

  Our refund policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase or our records show you downloaded digital product or used it in any way, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

• How can I add and manage team members?

  You can use Mockuuups Studio simultaneously with other team members. In order to give your team members access to Mockuuups Studio, go the Manage Account and send your team an invitation to join.

• Are there any discounts or special offers available?

  Yes. Paying for a year up front gets you a 40% discount. We also offer a 50% educational discount for students and teachers. If you’re a  non-profit organization let us know and we’ll work something out.
