Modal view for Handybook App

Hey there! This is something I did some time ago for the iOS7 Handybook app.

It's a conjugation of some questions that some users might be prompted to answer (rating, suggestions of improvement on the service, recurring and share to get $).

If the rating is less than 4 stars they will be prompted to tell us why or give some suggestion so we can improve. If it's more than 4 they will be only prompted to share. Recurring is only for home cleaning and if the user is happy ;).
