How to setup SAML SSO

First, make sure your account is on the correct plan that supports SAML SSO. This feature is currently limited to the Team plan.

Once you have the subscription in place, we can setup the SAML connection for you.

The setup process

Please email us either your IdP Metadata XML file or these values:

• Your Entity ID: A URI that identifies the identity provider.
• Your SAML SSO URL: The URL of the identity provider's sign-in page.
• Your public key certificate(s): The certificate or certificates used to validate tokens signed by the identity provider.
• Your domain: A domain name your users are using and for whom we will enforce the use of SSO.

SAML features

The SAML SSO acts only as a sing-in method. It does not automatically give paid license to any user from your domain or otherwise change your subscription. You are still in charge of the team seats in the management console.
