I'm getting message "There was an error during the export" while exporting mockup

In a case like this please, contact us at [email protected]. Let us know if the app or plugin is showing that you are signed in and that you have premium subscription active. In addition, we will need to know which mockup are you trying to export and if this is the only mockup encountering this issue. Also if there’s anything from the error message you are able to share, please do and we will do our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
