I recently upgraded, but app says that I'm on Free plan

There are a few things you should check to make sure you are on the right plan.

Double check what email are you using to login in the app or plugin.

1.Navigate to 'Manage Account' in the top right corner.

2. You will be redirected to our web. You will see the email there.

3. Make sure everything is spelled correctly including lower- and upper-case characters.

Don’t forget that to login, use the same email you used when buying your subscription.
