How do I turn my Premium subscription into a Team, add seats, or switch to annual billing?
You can do all of this yourself in a minute.
- Sign in and open Manage Account.
- Choose Upgrade to Team, See Annual Price, or, if you already have a team, Change Seats or Billing.
- Pick the number of seats and monthly or annual billing. Before you confirm, the page shows what is due today, your new price, and your next bill date.
- Confirm. The change applies immediately and your receipt arrives by email.
Good to know
Your discount carries over. If your current subscription has a discount, the same percentage is automatically applied to the team price. Team seats and a personal subscription are priced differently, so the amount per seat is not the same as what you pay for one Premium seat today; the page shows the exact figures.
Adding seats mid-period charges only the remaining days of your current billing period. Removing seats is free; the unused time is credited on your next bill. Switching to annual charges the annual price minus the unused days of your monthly plan.
Only the account owner can change the plan. Seats are counted per team member, so add seats before inviting more people.
Two changes we still handle manually: switching an annual plan back to monthly, and turning a team back into a single Premium subscription. Contact us and we will do it for you. The same applies if the page tells you a change is not available for your subscription.
