What's Mockuuups Studio?

It's a desktop app for macOS and Windows that help you create beautiful product mockups without any design skills.

Do I need any design tools?

No Photoshop needed! You can just simply drag & drop your screenshot into the app and that's it.

How many mockups are inside the app?

There are more than 250 mockups. All of them are precisely retouched, categorized by the type and ready to use for your or client's projects.

What's the difference between Free and Premium collection?

Free collection allows you to use approximately 50 different mockups without watermark for commercial use. Premium collection brings you more than 200 mockups with different types of devices, transparent backgrounds, various environments and different angles. Premium plan comes with monthly content updates, so your collection stay always up-to-date.

Are you planning to add new mockups?

Definitely! Our goal is to create one dedicated place for various types of mockups. We'll add bunch of new mockups every month, as well as new app features.

How many times may I export mockups?

There's no export or size limitations. You don't have to pay for downloads or hi-res quality. It's totally up to you have many times you'll export mockups.

Where can I find the license information?

Can I suggest new features and mockup scenes?

We'll be more than happy! Open a Feedback directly from the app (Help > Feedback Forum) or send an e-mail with your thoughts to hello@mockuuups.com.

How can I download the invoice for my purchase?

To download your invoice, just go to the Manage Account. You'll find there a section with all invoices.

What is your refund policy?

Our refund policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase or our records show you downloaded digital product or used it in any way, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To request a refund, contact us at hello@mockuuups.com with the subject "Refund". To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Funds will be returned to the origin of payment.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Sure thing! You can downgrade from a Premium to Free account at any time from Manage Account.

I purchased a Team account. How do I invite team members?

You can use Mockuuups Studio simultaneously with other team members. In order to give your team members access to Mockuuups Studio, go the the Manage Account and send an invitation to join your team.

Do you provide any discounts for students or non-profit organizations?

Sure! Tell us more about your project or reason why you want use Mockuuups Studio and we'll definitely figure something out.
